rasp has more to do with the header then the axleback. i had a little bit of rasp, but when i got my 2.5" midpipe with 2 resonators the rasp was no more.

there is none, no rasp, not really any sound at all. Its VERY quiet/unnoticeable until you get on it. ...and very G35-ish when you do. It actually took me a couple weeks to really notice it over my intake but now I love it! Especially under overpasses and in tunnels.

The tip is a lil' big tho.

it will have some but it will be minimal. sp2 will also keep it as quiet as possible with a header. you wont be one of those cars buzzing down the street that u hear blocks away.

I like this exhaust, but it doesn't seem to fit right. Should be more centered, but I am sure you could manage to get it to sit straight.

no aftermarket exhaust is 50 state legal...Ex. any modifications to stock exhaust in MA is illegal, which i found out the hard way when i was younger.

But the axelback exhausts do not have anything to do with CARB... because you are not affecting the cat in the midpipe... in contrast, if you install a catback... that will mess up with the cat and emissions would be an issue.

How does this greddy sp2 measure up to the precision axleback exhaust? I mean when it comes to quietness and minimizing rasp, i heard the precision muffler is the best at keep your car quiet even if u put a header on your tC.
