try to get a 12pt that is 1 size smaller and pound it on. they are very tight. if that doesn't work then get a bolt extractor socket and do it that way. if that doesn't work then you might be drilling them out. replace all of them to make sure you get them torqued down right. btw, there is a socked made for toyota head bolts, you can get it from snap on, matco....

Autozone has them too Its called a 12 pt internal wrench Weird thing is - toyota calls ours a 10mm but the one from the set that actually fits is the 12mm i stripped one of mine with a t55 and luckkily i lightly tapped the 12 point into it once i had the right tool and was able to remove it they take ALOT of torque to remove - rememdber to remove them in the correct order listed in the factory service manual to avoid warping the head - also a 18"-24" 1/2" breaker bar is HIGHLY recommended for removing them and providing the final 90* torque down on them Good luck!

dont use an impact with the internal wrench bits - the hammer action/vibration will break the tip of the bit - use a 1/2" breaker bar

if you use a quality socket it will be fine but you better have a really strong gun. you would be better off breaking them loose with a breaker bar and using the gun to run them out.
