Help with Tsudo Header
Hey guys I need help im stuck. I removed the plastic guard underneath the car, I removed the radiator fans and a couple other things and I got the header sitting up on the top 2 bolts but I cant seem to get it to go all the way in no matter how I try to get it in there. I was wondering do I need to lower/remove the alternator to get it in there. The alternator seems to be in the way of getting this header in... Thanks guys. Help needed PLEASE

Maybe there was something wrong with my header but it was a pain in the but to install. First off I had to remove the alternator, oil dip stick, radiator fans, plastic shield and a couple other things. Then the holes didnt want to line up. Finally got the holes to line up but it seems like the header pipe is touching the oil pan, thats a big no no. Its all bolted up finally but the clearance is dumb. These pipes shouldnt be touching or coming that close to the oil pan. Also they did a horrible job with the inside of the headers. The diamater is smaller in these headers then the OEM ones. There nice flowing until it hits the bottom of the pipe where the 2 connect to 1 pipe and on the inside of them if you look theres like little wings. They should have shaved those down, im sure thats restrictive. I plan on taking these headers and getting them cleaned out on the inside and bent downwards a little bit for clearance cuz the geometry of these are god awful.

I would have rather gotten WR trust me. But so many people have said that the Tsudos are almost replicas of the WR's at a fraction of the price so I went with Tsudo. I took pictures with my cellphone to show the inside of the pipes and im also gonna take pictures of the clearance at the bottom that rubs the oil pan, and im thinking of sending them to Tsudo. Just think how hot those headers get. Imagine those practically sitting on your oil pan with no heatshield, that could become a problem. But all in all after installing NST underdrive crank pulley with a belt that was to small it took all mine and my buddys strength to get on, an NST radiator diversion panel, Energy Suspension Motor Mounts (and also crossthreading a bolt into my frame, so I had to tap and drill), Raceland front strut bar, Tsudo 4-2-1 header with spipe and cel fix, Ingalls stiffy and a couple other minor fixes here and there I am satisfied with the outcome and that was alot of work in 3 days! Next week im installing my Raceland CAI that comes in tomorrow and my Mod Express HIDS! :D
