My main concern was with just the actual cat in the midpipe.

hi flow or delete?

the actual cat is in the header, the cat on the midpipe is a secondary cat and just catches what the first one doesnt.

replacing that will not yield any "good" results, your better off getting a header.

also, deleting both cats is a VERY good way to get pulled over, the smell and the white smoke blowing out of your tailpipe are easy give aways your car is modded.

ok.. but my question isn't about what i should replace. I eventually want TB.. dezod spec . I don't want a cat delete so what are my options as far as hi flow secondary cats - in case the manifold has a cat delete in the kit

any aftermarket manifold will delete the cat.

the only aftermarket cats that i recommend are vibrant and magnaflow, in that order.

Check this article out about going catless. Should shed some light on the issue.
