Default High Compression Pistons???

i was wondering if i installed the high compression pistons in my tc (11.1 compression) would i need any kind of tuning or would the car run ok off the stock ecu?

would probably need some sort of tuning to get the most out of them, plus the car may require premium fuel.

Primium fuel and tuning are neccesary. Doa search first please.
