Headers and a wider exhaust will definitely help once you get the SC, however those items (unless TRD is planning to make them) can give you trouble with your dealer and the warranty. Even though the supercharger would be warrantied from the factory, those aftermarket headers and exhaust AREN'T (I know they have to prove that the aftermarket parts caused the damage, but regardless, many dealers will give you a hard time about it)
