hks hi power or trd exhaust? which one sound best?

oh god HKS all day. TRD sucks. I do internet sales for toyota/scion and believe me when I say that exhaust is crap. Why pay just as much as you would for an aftermarket exhaust for the TRD when you get crap gains compared to all the others. TRD gives you like 2 hp if your lucky while the HKS will give you 7+. Plus the HKS looks a billion times better for a very similar price.

do you want your car to look like you upgraded the exhaust or not?
TRD looks like the stock one.
do you want performance from the exhaust?
TRD will give you nothing but sound. HKS will actually give you power from it.

and as far as cop troubles... notice what state we're both in... and note the state you're in... yea.
as far as your state (IL).. and the OP's (SC) though... i doubt they'd care as much.
as far as choosing between the 2.... TRD is expensive and most of what you are paying for is the name... otherwise, it's really on preference. i wouldn't consider one being "better" than another... they both have their ups and downs.

u serious? its that bad out there? than i guess i should b happy cuz cops rite here dont really care if u got loud exhaust (ofcourse Civics r the ladest ) or if there is a big intercooler stickin out of your bumper etc. unless they cought u racing then u gotta b prepared for at least 5 tickets n your car on a tow truck

heheh.. getting caught street racing will give ya 5 tickets and a tow?
some parts of California they will CRUSH the car if you get caught doing that.
(then again you also have to figure that most of the cars involved are gonna have illegal parts in them also)

yeah i seen some movie clip where cop was measuring how low was a car form da ground....i was laughing may ___ off but fi its like that out there then im glad i live in chi-town....cuz i c that besides streets that are full of wholes and a 3ft snow in winter isnt really that bad cuz i would rather get those 5 tickets than get my car crushed
