I run a Megan header, Megan s-pipe, Megan midpipe (with a hi-flow cat), and an HKS axleback. I still get a little rasp but overall it's a great setup. Little on the loud side but it's a nice, deep, rounded (NOT fart-can) tone.

I just got my megan drift spec put on. It sounds amazing. My buddies are jealous. But there is a minor fitment issue. The mid-pipe is angled to much and makes the S part of the mid hit the heat shielding on the gas tank. I gotta heat up the mid bracket and bend it to allow the mid to striaghten up! Not to big and issue for the best sounding exhaust IMHO!!

does the drift spec get drowning on the highway or while just regular driving?

I dont really think so. I love the sound of a nice exhaust even if it did a li. I mean it has a lil i guess but you turn on your radio and you wont notice. I like the sound of it so much i have been driving without music.

Oh and thats highway. Nothin really normal driving actually at times you wouldnt even know you had the exhaust if your just cruising through town but of course you get on it you will hear it.

Yea I think it is pretty hard for any exhaust not to drone a little bit on the highway, I mean there are no rpm changes so it is just going to have the same sound. But like highvoltage said if you turn your music up a lil you won't even hear it. Plus if you like the sound of the exhaust you won't mind either.

bump, heres the pics.

sorry for the bad lighting in the garage, I just pulled it in :/

To be honest, I am soooo glad I chose the HKS. It has got to be the best sound Ive ever heard come from a tc, it is really deep... its pretty loud too but not as bad as it makes you think.. its alot louder on the inside than it is when you hear it going down the road which is really good but a bit nearve racking when I see cops. So far I havent passed by a cop with it so idk yet how they will react to it, It wont be long before I catch my self infront of one though. The only thing wrong with it that I know is that since its been installed I've noticed a terrible metal screeching sound at idle and acceleration.. but im almost certain its just an issue with the fitment of my midpipe, heres my other post if you have a solution to this( https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...074637#4074637 ) I'll probably post a vid tomorrow if I can get it to make the noise. All in all its a great exhaust and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a deep/ loud setup.
