OK, I've just been doing bolt-ons so far, mostly suspension.
I was wondering what is the difference in performance, benefits, install difficulties and possible downfalls of the lightweight crank pully and the lightweight flywheel.
Besides the fact that they are completely different parts!
Which gives more performance with less problems?

Flywheel is going to give the most performance obviously. Your comparing a $300 dollar part that takes a couple of Hrs and $500+ dollars later to install (flywheel) vs. a part that cost $160 dollars and 5 mins to install. With both, you will experience faster engine revs resulting in quicker acceleration. However, the flywheel will show it throughout all the gears and a crank pulley will show it in 1-3 gears for the most part. You will experience a change on a dyno machine because both reduce parasitic loss therefore allowing the engine to put more power to the wheels.
