Default hp increase intake/catback/s-pipe/pulley ?

If stock 5 speed tc puts down about 140hp, what kinda increase would you expect from ...

- injen cold air intake
- megan cat back exhaust
- invidia s-pipe
- NST 3 piece pulley system

id love to add 20 rwhp but not sure if that stuff would add up to that

that stuff adds up to about 1000$

scionlife has this awesome feature called a search button that will probably pull up about 1000+ threads on this topic. I'm sure at least one of those can answer your question.

Oh and by the way, the tc puts power through the front wheels.

keep searching, grab a calculator, and add it all together. then repeat this process next time you have a question.

Guys get over the fact that hes asking a question someone else has. Did that ruin your day? Bro to answer your question your probably looking at +8-10 whp for the pulley... +3-5 whp for the intake...+4-6 for the s-pipe and around +8-12 for the exhaust (as long as its catback) Add that all together and your roughly looking at

23-30 (give or take a few)

With those mods you might have a sweet sounding tc, but imho 23-30 is max unless you get a header. Which im pretty sure adds more hp than the exhaust or intake.

ahh ya actually I was forgetting the header. those numbers are based off a header too. Sorry bro when I think exhaust I think header back. Because thats the TRUE full system. Even tho your s-pipe and catback will give you a full system up to the header... the stock restrictive header along with that fatty cat converter is still going to bottleneck your system a bit.

your page says you have intake, axle back exhaust, one pulley the crank, headers yes, but your s-pipe in a box meaning not on car right.

thats different than the 3 pulley set, cat back exhaust(+ midpipe) and s-pipe instaled, + intake

basically im trying to find out is it worth 20 hp ......

3 pulley set
megan full cat back ( midpipe)
invidia s-pipe
injen intake

The headers i was thinking about getting but i dont know if i wana get rid of the cat and have to deal with the whole defowler throwing codes stuff

the s pipe is on now, and the 3 pulley setup isn't worth that much of a difference, the crank pulley is the biggest one for results, you might gain .5 hp from the other two pulleys. and if you look at the parts im running, its all the best stuff, check out the dyno sheets on the parts round up thread, the alphawerks header is the best, the injen made the most, and aside from that little bity cat on the stock midpipe, our mid pipes are built really well and everyone will tell you that a full catback doesnt gain you much more over a decent axle back. there again a mid pipe might show gains of 1 -2 hp. so why spend the money if not needed. the header and s pipe are the two biggest draw backs from the stock system. thats why i said i basically had what you were looking for, not exactually, and i dont have a check engine light on, i did the anti fouler trick and it works

so for the best bang for buck your saying ....

megan racing headers
invidia s-pipe
injen cai
underdrive crank pulley

that stuff would run 650 bucks ...... thats gotta be about 20 hp more

and some type of axle back, or the megan drift spec catback. the megan s pipe also is just a little cheaper then the invidia and they produce nearly the same numbers, plus i think most places are still out of stock on the invidia. the megan header makes good hp numbers but the total spread isnt that great do to the quickness that it turns from 4 to 1, a dc or someting like i have makes overall more power and torque cause each running is longer and allows the exhaust to equal out before being collected and sent out the muffler. check out the part round up thread, youll see what i mean.
the alphawerks is no longer made, but there is a company that makes one just like it and for a good deal. ill search and when i find it ill post up. but theres a thread here about that as well

the header is made by dme

heres the thread on it:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...275&highlight=

believe me, i had a dc on at first, nice header but the one thing i noticed was the sound, the exhaust note was real rasp and you could hear the motor under the hood, as if the header tubes were to thin, when i replaced it with the alphawerks the exhaust note cleaned up and under the hood sounded like a stock car again, still had a little rasp, but then i installed the s pipe and now its just sounds really throaty, very little rasp with the s pipe on, thinking about doing the resonator trick and see if i like that. and with the pulley youll love how much faster it revs

^^^ Very true. To figure out how much HP you have gained, you would have to Dyno your car. Search the site for similar setups and you can get an idea of what you might have.
