I like how the Fujita is mounted. Its not bolted to the bracket on the transmission mount (or whatever it is) like the K&N and Injen, so it wont break it.
On my car that bracket was bent back half an inch within 3 months.
Several people broke the bracket, got it welded back, and broke again.
With the Fujita, you get a duffle bag and hat. lol.

Is there any difference, performance wise, between the black or polished Injens, or is it strictly a looks thing?

I would go looks only. I can't see how the color would make it better

I was just thinking maybe the polished finish would reflect heat , or something. But I'm sure even if it does the effect would be minuscule.

a polished intake reflects heat, while a black intake absorbs heat, thus forcing slightly hot air into your engine. heat robs engine power. so the black intake will make your car slower...

you know i'm just kidding. its all on looks.. the black polished one will make your engine bay look more discreet to cops (because cold air intakes are illegal in CA),

black one is hot, but good luck trying to put on the cold air pipe without scratching up a nice chunk of it.
