two things...
1. you don't need to remove the front bumper, just the right front wheel and plastic fender underneath
2. yes, that second pipe is a b!&^h.... easy to have one guy pull at the top as someone is pushing/wiggling from the bottom where you are putting it through. and protect it with tape or something or that thing WILL get scratched..

Wow, you're going to have a brand new car! =)

I also got mine yesterday, about how long did the install take? I'm guessing 2-4 hours.

I used the instructions on here today along with Injens and everything went perfect. 2 hours i'd say. Very very pleased with the sound and performance. I installed it as short ram.

I couldnt take the bumper off yesterday so i installed it as a SR but i tihnk i did something wrong. It barely fits and I had to force the filter intake then engine bay. Its pushed up agianst the fender so I dont know what went wrong.

To do the long ram you don't have to romove the bumper, just the wheel and the inner fender well, thats it. for the short ram. make sure your clamps are not tight before you put the filter on. like at the throttlebody and the intake pipe, also the the vibration damper (the little rubber thing that attaches to the intake.) get that all together give yourself some room at the filter then tighten everything down.

If you are just installing the Short Ram, do you still need to take off the front wheel and install the 2nd vibramount dampner?
