Light weight crank pulley

I just purchased a light weight crank pulley for my 06 tc. But Im having problems installing it where is the tensioner located on the tc? I couldnt get the belt on

put the belt on the pulley, put pulley on crank...

you gotta ease it though...the harder you pull, the tighter it gets...

if the pulley is stock size then yes... if it's an underdrive pulley than no.
