it will be very loud, you should look into getting about 30 inches worth of resonators, unless you like the way it turns out sounding.

Dude, I have that exact set-up and it ROCKS! I have a Magnaflow High Flow Cat and 18" Resonator as well. The car has a real mean nasty low growl to it. Little to no rasp at all... GET IT AND BE STOKED!

Any way you could get a sound clip. I know cars, but cant weld. did you have your 18" Resonator welded on or clamped? what did you do about the part that runs into the cat, where u cut off to connect the exhaust?

I actually shot some video driving the other night. It was cool but there was too much traffic. Anyways, if I don't get outta work too late tonight I'll try and do a better one later on...

As for the Resonator, I have a Miller MIG welder so I just hooked that shizah up myself:

What you're looking at was originally the mid pipe of the Magnaflow cat back exhaust. I just chopped a portion off and welded it to the resonator. Then added the hanger to finish it up. A perfect fit!

I just finished my exhaust and it sounds great. I have Injen short ram intake, mmw header and s-pipe, a magnaflow 14 in. oval high flow cat, then a 5 in. round 14 in. long magnaflow resonator, and then at the back a precision muffler axle back (6 in. round 14 in. body magnaflow muffler)

It has a real low tone at low rpms and is real deep sounding at wot, and the most important thing imo is it has absolutly no rasp what so ever. Even when i take off after letting the engine warm for 1 minute still not one tiny raspy sound its all deep and low tone.

I got the cat along with the resonator from one of the websites linked off of the magnaflow site. Can't remember which one though. As for hp, it's a high flow cat. There's next to no hp loss as far as I can tell...
