what would the diffrence be between the aluminum and stainless besides the obvious strength of the piping.

SS looks pretty, but if your lowered or don't ever plan on having a party under your car aluminumized steel would be plenty. Also get the full 2.5 system, or ask for a custom 3inch. The bigger the resonator the better.

I'll get one soon. I have had a 2.5" Borla system of theirs for over a year. I've been extremely happy with it.

Not to sound stupid.......for people who own this exhaust, did you use the original exhaust gasket or the one supplied? If you used the one supplied, I assume your removed the OEM gasket, correct? Please let me know b/c I have a leak around the OEM gasket where the unevaporated water is leaking out of it. Not too sure why!

You still use the stock doughnut gasket... The other gaskets I used the supplied ones but you gotta make sure not to over tighten because it will bend the metal and cause the center to not make contact.

Where did you put the supplied gasket? In between OEM gasket and new exhaust or behind OEM gasket against midpipe? I had it on there but it was still sounding weird. After it warms up and the metal expands, it is fine. I am not overly worried about it but I kind of like perfection. Doesn't matter, I have to take to get tailpipe welded b/c it moves around a little bit. Did your exhaust clang around after install?
