Default Don't do it

To be honest with you there is absolutely no difference. I used Royal Purple on my car 75w90 and it's the stupidest 40 dollars I have ever spent. You don't feel any difference, you don't get any quicker and I spoke to a friend that's a mercedes technician and he told me that the regular synthetic tranny oil will work fine but it usually isn't mandatory to change until you hit about 60,000 miles. All in all save yourself some money and buy something that actually helps.

Ok Genius I wasn't bashing you for getting oil for your damn transmission. I don't care who your uncle is and no I am not a technician. I was just stating that to me it didn't do much of anything for All I was doing was stating my opinion and trying to save you forty dollars. Jerk.

My friend just changed his trans oil for his 2002 mercedes e55 and I didn't feel any difference, neither did he, just like Deviousjet stated.
It's a waste of money, BUT if your getting 3 for $10, then go for it.

wow bissy, way to come off as a total a$$hole. You asked a question and he told you what he thought about it from personal experience. next time don't even post a question if you dont want an answer

he didnt answer my question though he just bashed the idea of changing it you dont know the reasons for the change i just wanted to know what one to go with so if you simply dont know the answer then dont dick around the question sorry for coming off as a dick but when someone post something like this they most likely just want the product if you know the product then tell them and then put in you two cents

just saying . . . to me it sounds like he is giving you a personal option that he reached from experience. I didnt see any bashing in there

Id have to say no.. there can be variations in production..as long as parts are within "spec" then they are passed on through production. But where the differance would come in is if one part is closer to spec then say the next.
