Default megan axleback with mid.downpipe

i have a megan axleback right now. too quiet for my liking but i got it for 190 so it was a steal. now if i get the megan midpipe and down(S)pipe will it make it louder?

Yes it will make it quite a bit louder. I have this same setup on my tc and i like the sound very much. Not raspy at all. There is also a sound resonator in the end of the tip on the megan axle back exhaust, make sure you have that out if you don't already.

You can also goto youtube and find several sound clips with that whole setup installed and get a good idea of what it is going to sound like

it depends which megan axleback. if u have the OE-RS then no it wont be any louder cause that exhaust is naturally quiet jus lil purring. Now if its the Megan Drift Spec axleback then that should be loud enough as it is

I had the same exhaust, its naturally not loud at all and I had a header back. most of the noise my car had came from the header ingeneral, never the exhaust. if u want more sound ur best bet would be change the axleback. FUBAR isn't talking about the oe-rs he's talking about the drift spec, and its not a "resonator" on the tip its a silencer. but yeah that exhaust is a lot louder then the oe-rs

im probally gonna get rid of that axleback. but i was thinkin about just getting a megan downpipe and megan midpipe and then just changing the axleback but does the driftspec come in a axleback or catback only/ and can you get a megan mid /megan downpipe and say a tsudo axleback?

u can mix and match definatly. the drift spec comes in catback. meaning midpipe and axleback. which is wat ur planning on geting anyway u know? u can mix and match, tsudo sounds pretty decent too hell why don't u go with a tsudo catback. cheaper and sounds pretty good to then all ud need is a s-pipe

tsudo isn't really a big company that has there own site like that, u can get them on ebay for alilover or under 200 bucks. to be honest with u, when and if u go with megan ur gonna spend more money cause there midpipe and spipe are alil expensive when u can jus get the full tsudo catback for cheaper. usually cheap axlebacks sound like crap. so go with tsudo catback and a s-pipe
