Ok, I checked the different forms and posts before I added this one to the list.
I have an 06 tC that is modified as much as possible and still be naturally aspirated.
Now I dont know about the rest of you all, but when I bought my Megan Racing performance exhaust header I was not aware that Toyota put 2 cat's in the car. I've built cars for racing for the last 15 years and never seen 2 separate cats in them. Regardless, does anyone know of a permanent fix for the CEL light that comes on every so often? Now I have already done the spark plug antifouler "trick". and that seems to hold it at bay. But every few weeks or so I still get the conditions right to trip the CEL. Is there any re-mapping of the oem E management system that will fix this? or??? any ideas that have been tested would be appreciated. Megan racing stated that they have NO headers that are street legal.. which ____es me off since that wasnt stated to begin with.
