well first off the stock resonator is garbage......it is designed to work with stock header flow,not aftermarket flow.......have it cut off,tossed in the trash......get a minimum of 24" of new resonators put on........I have two 12"thrush resonators on my setup,litle rasp when cold,but there is no way around it,other tahn that is really nice sounding......no fart can lawnmower on crack sound.......

most shops do not have any good resonators which is why I ended up with thrush,got mine done at Bucky Austins Pro Max,hot rod shop......so that is what they had in stock.......

But a good 24" Magnaflow will tame the sound.......as well as two 14" Aero 25s,or a nice Vibrant around 18" to 24"........it will not hurt performance any......but sound will tame out,not lame tame......but no more bad sound...........no honda fart can embarrasment......but when you get on it it is still loud to turn heads loud........

been there done that......even took a day off work to get resonators on cause it was so bad sounding I was embarrassed and my wife was gonna kill me for adding header......lol
