MMW header and full exhaust owners ONLY pls chime in!!!!!
to all of you who have put on or have added a larger sized midpipe and exhuast 2.25 or 2.5 piping... what was the feeling after you re-did your exhuast piping.. did you guys feel improvements in performance... losses?? did you feel any gains in TQ or HP at all??
ONLY PLEASE PPL WITH MMW HEADER AND MIDPIPE/EXHUAST UPGRADES ONLY THANKS!!!!!!!!
reason im asking is because ive rolled always with the stock mid pipe and im currently debating on either sticking with OR getting a custom mandrel bent 2.25 exhuast pipe FINALLY to finish up the exhaust and im trying to be cautions as i dont wana loose any more TQ and HP then i originally had before the header... im praying this upgrade will bring it back....
thanks for the input.. ill post my review also since im getting it done more or less this week or the next....

I dont know if this helps, but i have the ark dts (2.5 inch)exhaust and i actually felt no loss in the low end with some gains in the high end which surprised me. It might be the bottle neck in it cuz I have the stock cat installed due to the way the exhaust is designed(True Cat Back).

But once you get off the line, with your RPM flying hi, your MID to Hi end TQ kick in..
Driving 45- 65 mph, and hitting the gas, the sound and the pickup is nothing like the stock or stock with muff
So you lose a bit (small to nill ) on the low end TQ, BUT the gain is well worth it..
right now my power MODs are H/I/E . next is to install my crank pulley, maybe by spring time.... ( too cold in chicagoland )..
GL with your project...

lets see i think i have this
MMW Headers and S-pipe (2.25")
Megan mid pip (2.5")
HKS Hi-Power Exhaust is (2.5")
I believe that is how it is under there. Performance wise I love it. I definitely felt a bit faster when at 3 rpm to close to 5 when I added my mid pipe to my header and exhaust. Only thing is i don't have a resonator and rasp was much louder after adding the mid pipe. But I roll with my windows up all day and it sounds just find.

if you got stock compression go with 2.25 (i went with 2.5 and lost 10whp and 12wtq dynoproven). now i have 2.25 and have my whp back. but if you have high comp like you you should go with 2.5.
