so has anyone dyno'ed this header besides mmw? i know the header they designed for the 2zz is crap, performance wise. they stated it was a race header, yet it lost power up top compared to stock. theres a company in arizona called PPE that just designed a header for the 2zz that picked up about 13whp on a car without a tune. i know the mmw header looks nice but does the one for the tc perform?

this guy has a mmw setup and he got close to 30 whp w/ a cai and a axleback, and the cai and axleback's gains are almost negligible.

So it definetly pulls harder on the top end. I do miss that low end torque, but ill live. I had the injen exhaust on it and it sounded sooo rice. Took it off and put the stocky back on till I can afford the dt-s.

It doesnt really help it except for the fact that you get to keep more of it as opposed to a 4-1. oh and jpstc im pretty sure when you get the dt-s your gonna love it. There is no rasp and its just a little louder than stock like the trd.

Your loosing some of that low end because theres not as much back pressure. But its worth the gain on the top end. Oh and milkman, yea I can't wait to order, ive been hearing nothing but good things about it

prolly not a leak. just some heat shield or something rattling. check to see if your s-pipe is hitting the metal bar, or see if there's enough clearance. if not, wedge something between them, and problem fixed.

Hey pete havnt heard from u in awhile, The pipe should hopefully come by 2moro, sorry for the confusion, ive just been busy with work, girlfriend.... Oh but i got off house arest already. Well anyway this sound im getting really doenst sound like metal rattling, atleast i thought it wuld be a bit louder? or maybe it would vibrate the car a bit, But it as this distinct sound of like metal shaving off or something. especially wen i gas it from 2k rpmto like 3.5. Im starting to hate MMW headers too, shulda went Mazzuri.
