^ what pete said, lol. mine is one piece and I had to do it from the bottom of the car up. had to remove the radiator fans, but most of the work was in wiggling it to fit here then there then finally getting it in.

Wrench attacking from the 10 o'clock position.
Just a standard wrench, no socket will fit there. Orignally, I was able to get it off with pliers too, but you'll risk damaging the nut itself.

theres a few ways.. you can also reach from the side from the #1 bolt side and slide a socket wrench underneath the header. you can also use an open ended wrench from the side or closed wrench open ended.. if you go from the middle on top kiss your knuckles and 45 minutes of figuring out how to make it work from the top good bye lol.

ok so we figured out that it was the spipe rattling against part of the body and we stuck a piece of rubber in between the two and it temporarily solved the problem.......lol its back to rattling, anyone know any other solutions to stop the rattling?

double check all your bolts and make sure they are tightend down. also when tightening header bolts and s pip bolts make sure you tighten all of them in equal turns...if you tighten one side tight and then do the other. one side might become looser because of the angles your tightening them in. if that makes sense to you. also make sure your using a good sized donut also.

Just get under the car and pull on the part that touches the chassis really hard. It should move away. This happens because they wanted to use a rediculous sleeve type joint for the top and bottom portion of the header. Probably so it looks better.
