Default Most built NA

Im wondering who has the fastest NA tC on these forums because im debating S/C vs NA and im not just talking about i/h/e/p.

Im sure this has been discussed somewhere but im looking for the person who has the most hp NA and how they did it.

nope, last time i heard, his motor was not fully built, nor was it tuned.

adg016 has both, and he is running a standalone, not a pnp.

tcpete is second i believe.

IIRC Dan's engine is not fully built either, it still had factory pistons and rods last we talked. Motor-wise TCpete has done more internally, however Dan has far more supporting mods (oil cooler, racing radiator, custom racing CAI and exhaust, etc.) to run a N/A motor for racing.

191 untuned/ stock midpipe/ i/h/e/p/axle back..... fully built head/ bottom has pistons, rods, bearings, stock bore... i have a thread on here that outlines the current build ...car idles fine, but runs extreamly rich... rich enough to sniff gas all day but runs like a champ.... but can be alot better!!

january i will be purchasing a FIC, upgrading the midpipe finally...i should hit 200 whp ..... been working on this on the low low... should have a nice thread and write up once the aem fic is and tuned.... in jan. or february... stay tuned homies... ill be getting some 1/4 mile times in jan... hopefully with the FIC installed.. if not..it will be times on the current setup that has not changed due to time constraints from my personal life.. wedding, new house paying bills.. priorities first...then the car...

Is there a link that would explain the difference between timing and lift? I really want to learn more on our engines. And the difference between timing lift/

big v8 muscle cars are cammed for sound normally when you hear them on the road, if it is a drag car they get a cam with a big lop in it for performance respns since there usually pushing big numbers and fi, cams can give a big displacement car like a gt mustang about 25-50hp depending on the size, a good sized cam in a v6 mustang will give about 15-25, but im not sure about the scions. I was a mustang guy before this car, but this car haveing a smaller engine and how it is set up cams wont really help anything till you start seeing big numbers

if the cams where built with an extreme amount of r&d and all the cams profiles where made right the tc could gain some power from them, but it would require a fully built head to do so.
