ummmm.

Officer, theres a guy on an online forum with the screen name "Scott8" and he said he would beat me with a cricket bat at night.
Should I warn the chief about this guy? Maybe he's on the wanted list?

Easy for you to say, not being in Cali.

Fact is, tCtCtC's reply was understandable, and he's not alone in being frustrated about it. Nothing to do with temper (especially when some smart-___ is rubbing it in), it's just not fair for us to pay more for 87 than the rest of the states pay for 93. The best we get is 91 ____water, and pay an arm & leg for it.

Ya, I know what you'll say next, "so move to another state and quite whining about it!"

^^ I think I paid around $4.12 for 87 last week, but it varies a lot here on an almost daily basis. Just a month or so ago it was over $4.60 for 87, which is one reason I only drive about 10 miles a day.

Of course we're only talking gas, but cost of living in socal is really insane. Chitown ain't exactly cheap either, but I'd bet that your money goes further on an overall basis.

was over 4.50 a month ago, now it's simmered down now....

Cost of living here sucks too. not as bad as cali, but doesn't seem like money last at all now.
