Ok, So here it is.. I talked to BC again today
"We don't actually have dyno graphs but we do have reliable figures from our tests to grind the cams."
So, that being said here is what Brian Told me over the phone.
The stage 2 {non-head build} cams will net a driver 15-18 WHP over stock {other modifications pending ofcourse}
The stage 2 {built head} cams will net slightly better.. 18-25whp over stock {but do require valves, springs, and retainers.}
Just for you Pete}
Stage 3 {Built head and higher compression} will net you anywhere from 25-30whp over stock.
**Note**
All of these except maybe the basic stage 2s {the ones I will be testing "Require" some level of tuning. ie FIC or EMS etc.
I am debating the cost of doing the Tune alone.. getting numbers .. posting numbers.. then doing the basic stage 2 cams re-tuning.. and posting said numbers.. it will cost me maybe 1k more to do that.. but it might be worth it just to have the info up on SL so that people know what they are looking at.. etc.
I'll take voices on the "Tune ----- Re-Tune debate"

I agree Pete... its kinda shade tree that BC never has come with a graph... but on the other hand they do trade on their name and I have yet to see anyone say they sucked.. :?
What do you think man... Do the tune and cams at once?? or do tune then cams and re-tune??
I am going to finish out my pulley set for this .. and I am just debating doing the cams and never knowing what REALLY is possible with boltons and a tune.. vs. not spending an extra G to find out..

edit: also, just as a general question to anyone who might know, what would be the average price for some one to do a P&P job for me and where would you go to get that done?

O2 Motorworks/Designcraft tc has the BC Stage 3 NA race camshafts, stainless steel valves, valve springs, titanium retainers and mild port and polish, we should try and find out what these guys made on the dyno, they also had one-off O2 Motorworks race header and aem intake i think...

Yes sir.. that would be a PnP {port and polish} job.. the issue that you get into with that though it ... what kind of PnP do you get or your application.
Do you do a street port???
A race port??
or do you just go in and clean it up a bit...
And ofcourse each one carries its own price tag...
But you will find that places like Dezod -- Jotech-- etc offer built heads and the prices are normally between $1100 and $1500 depending on valve train used.
{above price range is based on PnP and build}
all in time.
