If you don't already know, the injen intake is illegal, the only ones that are not illegal are the K&N intake and the 08' TRD intake if i'm not mistaken

and the oil is referring to the filter

The only way you'll get caught is if a cop pulls you over and asks to open your hood
It's not that big of a deal, you'll get a fix it ticket

I f you really worried about all those issues...
Just get TRD CAI..so it covers your warranty and legal...
