Need help with some things!!

Need help with some things!!
whats up guys so i need help with a couple of things seeing who can help me.
First, i have MMW headers and they came with a gold finsih now since i didnt use gloves to install it blue spots came all over the headers it could be the heat too but idk if that is suppose to happen and if someone would let me know what cleaner i can use to polish the blue off.
2nd, my exhaust gaskets have been leaking like crazy im about to replace all the bolts seeing if it will help but besisde the point i need to know what size i should get i know one of my friends told me i should get vibrant gaskets and i need to do this all this week. i have the mmw header and spipe, stock mid pipe, and hks exhuast. let me know what i need so that leaks dont happen its strting to get annoying
3rd, ive been hering some weird noise in the engine when i put a philips head against it, it sounds like knocking nothing huge but im about to change my oil cuz i havnt so that could be it unless otherwise.
4th and finally hah i just got a new trawnny installed with a stage 2 clutch 2 things how can i tell if i need to change my tranny fluid cuz sometimes toyota forgets to put new fluid in and last with this new exedy stage 2 clutch because im about to go boost it produces a lot of wheel hop and it sounds like something is getting loose how would i check if something is getting loose i dont wnana see my whole front end drive away from me one day haha

the header's blue spiots is normal bc u didnt clean it with alcohol after touching it with ur bare fingers, sanding and polishing it up will clean that up.
the gasket leak is because u should ALWAYS get a new manifold gasket when u change out ur header everytime, thats why its leaking.
the weird engine knock can either be the regular tick tick tick by the intake if not it was also caused by the install of a new header u hear the drivetrain alot more, why? i have no clue. same thing happened to me i installed a header heard that it got louder and once i threw the stock back on it gets quieter
tranny fluid should have been put on the car, well atleast i hope, but it would be bad to go synthetic now with ur new tranny go with enoes 75w90
but if ur going boost, why did u get a MMW header? didnt u have a megan header or sumthing at one point?

Thnaks for the advice is there any cetain polish I should use and yeh its the gaskets between the spipe midpipe and midpipe axle back
I'm not boosting forawhile I. Hve to save up so I'm just messing around wit. The car for right now

polish i used mothers polish for my exhaust and header. works amazing.
before & after. didnt use a machine or anything jus good ol elbow grease
and asfar as gaskets go i have no clue. i used the stock gaskets
