i have not had any slip issues.....i got a gatorback belt and it works perfect

what brand did some of you use for the belt ? and when u say what belt you used please say if it was only for the crank pulley or all three becuase it doesnt make sense to me that one belt can be used for both cuase the alternator pulley is smaller so you would need a smaller belt when installing the 3 pc set. thx

keep in mind that you also have a tension pulley so ( dont hold me to this but) you very well might be able to. ..... nst says what belt to use on their webpage. maybe someone 100% certain can post.

Thats why their website shows 2 belts. The small one is for the complete set and the larger is for the crank only. When i installed mine I actually had to pry the belt onto the pulley-did not like the fit so upsized one. Ended up using a ****55.

so u have the complete set right? also does brand matter? i heard something about gator back being the best. does it matter?

i dont know the answer to your question but I do know that the number that you give the part store changes depending what brand you get (some people dont know that). The gatorback doesnt begin with a "K" ...hehe ...
