I've got the Megan OE-RS. As others have said, the volume is about the same, but the difference in "tone" is like going from Jerry Seinfeld to Barry White.

I'm at work so I can't check, but I've got 2 videos on youtube. One is inside the car, one is outside the car. Those were made with a Megan s-pipe and mid-pipe, so it will be a lot louder outside the car. It will also be louder inside the car, due to the poly motor mounts. (youtube name egon1712)

I finally got aht tanabe medalion touring. Fully satisfied. If you got the money, it is prolly one of the best axlebacks if your going for the OEM look. sounds deep and no doubt i kno this axleback can take headers, and still sound spretty good. The dual wall tip is very nice. Good company.

I got the Magnaflow catback. It's perfect. Now I just wish the engine produced a better sound. Hopefully my intake will change that.

did the magnaflow catback require cutting? or did it just remove the whole midpipe? which removed the 2nd cat.

Yes, it did. Otherwise I would have installed it myself.

from my personal experience
the trd axle back is has a decent tone but its almost a monotone and can get fairly annoying

the precision is a great exhaust for the money, just cheaply made but hey you cant beat the price

the megan oe-rs has great quality but its so quiet. it was my least favorite exhaust out of them all, it sounded like poop but thats because i had a header!
