I have a similar question. My girlfriend was borrowing my car last week & didn't notice the "ROAD FLOODED" signs. She ended up driving straight through the middle of a huge river. I have an AEM CAI and the car shut itself off. When I got there, she had already been pushed to higher ground. I let the car sit for about an hour and then tried starting it. It bogged for a lil bit but then started right up.

Now my problem is that I just got a CEL for a random misfire on cylinder 1. I changed the Spark Plugs and reset the CEL but it came back. Any ideas before I bring it to the dealership
