I wnet and looked with my mirrors this morning and there is one bolt that looks very near impossible to get at.......all the rest with a good set of sockets, extensions, woblers, and wrenches are all accessable.
Looks like once the TB is off you have a nearly clear path to everything except one bolt.....my guess is since it is plastic it is not gonna be on there so tight you would need a long wrench to get it off but you never know.....
This looks installable ........hope they get good numbers on it........as I would buy it just to be rid of the stock one and free up a bit more power.

Well If the IM doesnt change the smog numbers then there is no need to switch out the part when the time comes? I doubt most of those smog technicians will notice the IM in the visual inspection. Just like the intake; i dont see how the IM would have any effect on the Carbons in the air. So i guess to finally end my jabber, the IM would not be required to be replaced when smog time comes? lol Thanks, Peace

If you are cool with any of the techs at the dealer(s) near you, get a copy of the info on how to take out the manifold (that way you dont do more work than needed)
You need to lift the car in order to loosen some screws and also some wiring holders that are attached to the IM from below. I have removed it and the screws can be removed with the engine in but the IM WILL NOT FIT in the space available. You need to loose the front and rear motor mounts to tilt the engine and make space to remove it.
I do think that the new IM will be easier to install than the OEM one.
