Default Pulstar spark plugs?

I was reading this month's Import Tuner and saw an add for Pulstar Spark Plugs that apparently added 11 Horsepower to a 350Z. has anyone tried these or know anything about em?

Bah... The stock plugs on this car are the way to go (Denso IRidiums). If you run boost, you obviously have to change to a colder plug, but even then Denso's are a perfect choice.

I have never been sold on all the super duper extra complicated magic spark plugs. Have never seen a real life case where they actually improved anything.

And the most I would use Import Tuner for is bird cage lining.. although it may insult the bird :D

This looks a lot like what Nology is doing with their wires and plugs:

verses:

http://www.nology.com/silver

If it is the case, then the plugs are the way to go. They cost less and they make management of the engine easier. Since plugs are user replacement parts, they cannot deny the warranty either.

I read a huge article of testing on these when they were first announced. They did a test on 5 different cars I think, and they were blown away by the results as well. I too was pretty skeptical so I never went out and bought any.

They saw an average HP gain of about 5 across the board, sometimes more.
