Hey... I got the same one and its given me tons of problems (see this link: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=124380 ). Hopefully its an isolated incident. Let me know if it gives you any trouble. Sounds great, though, I agree.

True, they work as good as the others for a lot cheaper. I had one before, it didnt give me any problems at all. But the chrome part of the air filter (if thats what you also have) will rust and i think it doesnt provide good filtration. might wanna get K&N or AEM or something.

hey, did you have trouble fitting the filter part down in the bumper? I had to "modify" that plastic fender cover in order to fit mine in.

^ That would be a good reason I would stay away from eBay products like this... you shouldn't have to modify your car for it to fit properly. Someone with an xB said something similar about the BomZ one for their model as well.

Just installed a polished Injen on my g/fs tC (I have the black one) and she loves it as well.

no modify.. it was 10x easier than the injen one to install. i helped a friend of mine install his injen and it was sooooo hard compared 2 this one..

i have one also.
My fm tc has a injen and my rs2 has the bomz. I only got the bomz becuase im getting a turbo next year. Needed something cheap. I needed something to hold me over, the car is really quiet.

the pipes seem to fit fine. The Lower pipe goes in alot easier then the injen.
I cant figure out where those brackets go or the vibra mount. My filter is resting on the bumper. When at wot I hear a rattle from my l/s mirror. Really annyoing.
Can you get better pics? or does someone have one installed to show some pics?

^ I'm not sure if that one is similar or not, but with the Injen, you have to relocate a ground wire to another hole in order to install the lower vibramount. Sounds like that's possibly the case here too... You'll have to have the bumper off, obviously... but that might be worth a look.

I did that. I moved the ground wire and tried to install the vibra mount there but then the filter didnt fit .
They give you 2 gold brackets,
I think I got the 1 in the right spot. That holds up the 1st pipe. Mounts to the stock filter box nut.
But that second bracket is driving me nuts.

the vibra mount installs with the z-shaped bracket in one of the holes that the stock airbox was screwed in to (the one that is closest to the middle of the engine compartment). The other one (l-shaped) screws into where the ground wire is (you'll have to remove the bumper).
