Default reaching out to Charlotte NC tC owners

so heres whats up

i just purchased a Fujita CAI for my 07 tC. I decided on the Fujita after much debate on sound, quality and price differences. WELL after seeing all the problems other SL members have been having with the CEL coming on i'm scared $hitless to install the damn thing.

so my question is there anyone in the Charlotte NC area that'd be willing to help me install it. I know its not hard, but i'd like someone to help that knows more than I do (which isn't much). This is my first real engine mod. so, any help is greatly appreciated

thanks

i've never installed a cai but the CEL seemed to be fixed by letting the car idle afterwards and gets ints stuff straight... but maybe contact people on this thread to healp..

Bring it on the 20th to the Gastonia meet and we can put it on there. I've put on TONS of mod on my car, actually building an engine for it right now.

This is what you do. Disconnect the negative terminal before removing the oem airbox. Then just install it. Its very easy. I did it as my first mod and I had no experience. Then when you are done re-connect the negative terminal and start the car and let it idle for about 5 minutes. I did my AEM and never had any problems with it.
