but to answer your question just like everyone will very soon, anything can be done with enough money. there are rumors of one in the Cali area...
There will be a ton of work like creating a path for the drive shaft, cutting the firewall (big no no), moving the fuel tank. in the end you may end up with RWD tC but not a daily driver.
if you have the money, good luck, I mean I'll put it this way, around where I live we've got a 96 civic with a LS7 corvette motor... he does drift events and such... it was a ton of money for a car that currently looks like crap.. but it's a Beast... if you want it bad enough it will happen... you'll just have to throw a ton of cash at someone to do it. hell.. for tell you what...

learn to drive, like track, and be able to feel your car.....rwd is tricky to master cause there's lot of potential to slide out if you don't understand what's going on, etc....i'm still trying to push the z to the limits on the track and everytime i learn something new! lol

Sometimes people want to do things just to do them.Me and chicagosfinest wanted to be the first people to put a v6 in a tc.Sure we could have spent the money on just building the 2az or even put in a 4 banger with "better potential",but that wasn't the point.We wanted to be the first,and thats why we did it.
Yes you can make a tc rwd,and yes it will be more then an in-and-out job.It will take you a few thousand dollars and alot of research,but with the know how it can be done.
It saddens me to see the amount of discouragement on this and many other forums.If everyone used the logic that "it's not worth it",nothing new would ever get done.We've established that it will be expensive and time consuming,but that doesn't change the fact that it is doable.

thats a tubular frame dragcar with the exterior body panels of a TC if i'm right it has a 2JZ swap wich means the driver is sitting next to a transmission, there is porbably nothing left of the rear end or the entire drivetrain or suspension...
I don't think people are trying to down the fact or discourage thinking out side the box, just being realistic towards a car that is in essence STILL a TC not just in aesthetics.
