Default Redline MT-90 vs 75W90

Any difference between the 2? I previously had MT-90 with great results, and accidentally ordered 75W90 this time. Will there be a difference? Car is a daily driver, no racing or autocross. Just want the best protection for the long term of the car.

Thanks!
