Replacement Negative Battery Cable + Terminal

Replacement Negative Battery Cable + Terminal
So after 6 years it seems my battery has finally died... upon changing it I noticed that blue corrosion stuff that I normally clean. When taking out my old battery the terminal literally snaps off the cable and I see blue corrosion has eaten into the wire.
Would it be easy to change the negative battery cable or should I have some tech do it. I've installed an intake and changed the pads on my car but never done any electrical work.
Where can I get a replacement battery + terminal that would bolt right on since I have no soldering equipment and such?

Easy to do. all you need is a short run of wire, two ring terminals, and that's about it.
Look up a DIY on the Big 3 and that'll give you an idea.
For quality wire I would look into Knuconceptz, or just hit up a local shop
