Default resonator or HF cat?

so all my parts are here( WR header, S pipe, meagan mid, concept G exhaust) and S/Ced

i did a search on resonator and didnt really answer my Q so here it goes.

1- which design resonator is best for rasp...a HF resonator or a spiral flow and WHY?

2- some ppl say HF cat some ppl say HF res?

please leave feedback from real world experience.
im just going to put everything on and see how it sounds and if it is too rasp for me then i will shop for the needed parts as per this thread. thanks for looking and the reply.

I would buy the aero ar25 resonator to replace the megan resonator on midpipe and I would also get a 2.5" high flow cat. This will almost totally eliminate all rasp from removing the primary cat on the header.

heres a cheap converter too

or you can get a vibrant cat which is really good too

No it doesn't. it welds nicely onto your midpipe.

the resonator i have is our stock one. if you still have the stock mid-pipe, just tell the shop to take the resonator off and put it in your aftermarket one. the stock one looks all rusty lookin (chemicals that look like rust that prevents rust) but its a nice size to tone some sound down for a cheap price....

also if you have a silencer on your axle back remove it! it will clear alot of the buzzing noise and produce a deeper tone!

yes, your stock parts are reusable. but there is a difference between stock cat and high-flow cat. either way it'll fix the rasp, but highflow cat has higherflow....

so no one knows which type is better? a HF or a spiral flow?
if i just add the HF cat on the meagan mid pipe do i do it after the resonator thats on the mid pipe already or do i replace it? does it matter where the cat is placed?
sorry for all the Qs.. i just want to do this right the first time.
