Default SCION Pulls Maserati

i don't have a video or anything cool.....but I do have a play by play.

ZPI investor buys a maserati.........He quickly learns tha 100k does not mean that you are fastest on the block.

Maserati Spider 390 ferrai hp
ZPI Racing TC-t yes the one that is beat to ____ Stage 1 turbo 13psi

We go from a 30 roll the TC is on BFG drag radials and the Maserati is on 19" HRE.

The scion spins through second the cars are dead on, we shift into third the scion gets traction and we instantly pull 2 cars. We shift into fourth and we get another car or so on him. We went twice with nearky identical results. This car still has the stock clutch and is running straight our of the box no secrets or turbo changed we run what we sell.

Here are some pics for ya...............................

Since it's an investors car, I'm sure it will be easy to do over on video?

Also, seems weird you would pull 2 cars in 3rd, and only 1 after that... turbo cars usually pull more in the higher gears, not making power up top or did you just let out?

how fast is your car tc-t, have you had it at the track yet?

Yes it can be duplicated very easily and we will post a video soon.

We let out in the middle of fourth as we were driving almost double the posted speed limit.

going to the 1/4 mile track is an all day thing, since it's 2 hours each way.. vs 1/8 mile being 15 minutes away..

With the stage 0 kit the car goes 9.1 at 83. On stock exhaust

With slicks the car has mid 8.s in it all day but wheel spin is a b!tch.

Yeah I hear ya' that. Its tough to get away from all that wheel spin on stock tires... Thats a huge difference, I might have to get some slicks.

I have to seriously smoke my stock tires before I launch. (all new racers, avoid the water pads, they are only for cleaning off slicks)
With K & N CAI and TRD Exhaust:
My best 1/8 mile time = 10.309 at 72 mph.
