he did search, the person with the megan racing STS's website is no longer there so there are no pics, and there are no exact measurements on the megan one on that thread...just estimates of it being similar to the CC STS. Please search yourself be4 criticizing.
Hate to tell you though, but the Megan racing STS is no longer available. Megan stopped production probably because of low sales

on my bad I just grabbed the first one of the many many many short throw shifter threads I came across, I'll do better next time.

Personally Dr. Isotope is the best deal don't waste your money of name brands when dr. iso's preforms as good if not better and is much cheaper.

I picked up the TWM stage 2 short shifter a little bit ago, installed it over the weekend. Its actually a really nice short shifter, I also was deciding over the Doc I's, but I thought the 50% throw reduction was too much. Im sure it works great but I wanted a little bit of a push and pull though the gears. IMO I think both the Doc I's and TWM stage 2 are fairly the same. I really like the TWM shifter though once I got it installed. Im sure which ever one you choose you'll be happy with. Both are great products, oh and don't forget to get cable bushings they make shifting so much smoother.

i got the TWM stage 2 and it's amazing! The CC is very similar and a lot cheaper but i've heard that some people end up having some trouble with second gear

creative compacts is the way to go. it's a bit lower than stock and the shifts are short and smooth. i highly recommend it.

Megan Racing = Creative Compacts = House of Scion. They're all the same. I don't think it was ever even sold as the MR shifter... they just manufactured it for others to sell.

I have it and it's really not bad at all. pretty good value and still a good feel to it after a while. Though I might have gotten the Doc's shifter if he offered it at the time I got mine.

I know I'll probably get laughed at, but I bought the TRD "quick" shifter, and never looked back. Yeah, it's probably the most expensive one out there, but I didn't want a drop in shifter height at all, so it was my best bet. The throws are actually much shorter than you'd think from looking at it, and very smooth. :D

The TRD is great if you like the stock height and really want the TRD **** (which is like $60 itself). The easier install is a factor, but a minor one, since installing one of the others isn't that difficult anyways. Just a little more tedious.

Glad you're happy with it though - the height is what would do it for me I think. I don't like how high the stock shifter is... kind of awkward IMO.
