search online for "aero ar25" try pricegrabber.com, froogle, etc. ebay is always one of my favorite options. You can also go to the aero website and it tells you the authorized dealers in your area.

You can get them cheaper when you shop around, thats why you should use froogle, pricegrabber, nexttag, etc. They compare the prices from all over the place. Plus manufactures that sell their own products almost always tend to be more expensive so they can sell wholesale to other companies and for the companies to get a return.

Would a Aero AR25 Turbine Resonator welded in to a Megan Midpipe to a Tsudo N1 Axle-back eliminate the Rasp??
I was thinking the 1st resonator on the Megan Midpipe be taken out and replased w/ a AR25 then leave the 2nd resonator attached...

Wow, glad I read this topic. I'm looking to make a custom mid-pipe for my car. I have 2 pieces of 2.5 pipe so far but started to wonder if it was worth the time and money to even do. As I read through here I see that I wasn't the only person in the world that wanted to do it.
Now here's the questions:
1. How much did it cost in all to complete your custom mid-pipe?
2. Is it better to get a mid-pipe that's already made (like Megan Racing.)
3. How long did it take to complete?
I guess that's it. Thanks in advance.

It cost me 280$ for a 2.5 aluminized with a 20"(18" body) truspeed perforated rez and a magna highflow cat...
it was not mandrel bent, ugly and it was junk(cheap junk) but it served its purpose for a while. heres a pic...
NOW i have the Tsudo...
The tsudo is the cheapest mid-pipe i have seen that comes with the axleback, and Megan is the cheapest for just the mid.
either way you are gonna pay over 300$ for a mid pipe that does what you want it to.

Nice, thanks for the picture there and the response.
Also:
Only guessing but is the resonator important cause you don't want a raspy sound out of your exhaust? Has anyone made a custom one without a resonator and if so how did it sound?

Well what most people call a "resonator" around here is really just a straight through muffler, these will lower the overall decibel levels of the exhaust sound(including rasp)BUT you WILL still have rasp.
An exhaust system with a bare mid-pipe and a canister style
muffler at the end will be LOUD and have a sound similar to an old (i mean mid 80's) lawn mower.
you could skip the cat or res or sub muffler on the mid pipe but you would need something like the stock muffler at the end to have a "relatively" quiet exhaust.
BUT mind you the only things that can kill or reduce rasp are TRUE resonators, CAT converters or resonated velocity stack inserts...
