I said it a year ago, and I'll say it again, it sounds like every other generic canister exhaust on the market, and will sound like a ricer civic bee-can if you modify anything else in the exhaust. Neither of these guys have a header.

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=102405 - HEADER resonator and TRD exhaust

and isn't that thing close to FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS??? I could buy a header and custom-weld a full header-back exhaust with a resonator for that amount, keep close to stock DB's and have more power output than that canister could ever dream of sounding like it's putting out.

I think you've fallen off your rocker!! that sounded like absolute crap.

it was like a ____ed off bee trapped inside of a medal bucket. horrable.

I have the full megan setup and I thought it sounded a little ricey but nothin compared to that.

^^ sound clip^^.

they all sound somewhat ricey once you add a header and s-pipe without a cat or resonator.

my megan is wierd becuase when its a really hot day I've been driving enough to get the exhaust pretty hot it has no rice to it what so ever. just deep growel and a light rumble at low rpm's.

however before I really broke it in it was always ricey, now it only sounds bad when its cold and your heavy on the pedal.

I wish I had a camera so I get some sound clips for everyone since nobody with the setup has done it yet.

I think the sound is great but I'm tired of black spots on my white bumper and really like the skunk2, wish it was out when I bought mine.

hehe - i dont think anybody is going to go that far on this forum. Im out of the exhaust game because I bought my exhaust almost 2 years ago ...but there are many loud ....LOUD exhausts out there and there are some quiet ones. I have one of the more quiet/deeper ones and I still wish it was quieter.
