If you hear the engine rev a little bit before the car starts to
accelerate than your clutch is starting to slip..you will def know when its slipping, hard to explain...have you change your tranny fluid yet or still using stock fluid,if you plan on turbo, then i suggest replacing the clutch and flywheel...

THat's not slipping. Slipping is when you are at 30mph, in 5th gear (or 4th) and you push the throttle to more than 40%, your car will rev up as if in neutral. That's slipping clutch.

Your problem sounds more like syncros on the gear.

syncros ? so what can i do about it?

hmm ya like today i stopped at light and was not able to shift to first or second . so when i turned my car off and shifted in first after i started the car and thought i would be able to move it was like fricking shaking the car and nothing i thought my engine is going to jump out lol. damn idk . i changed fluid but i am still on stock clutch since i got it and now i am at like 99308k miles kinda a lot for 07 haha

Sounds to me like you have the more common tC problem... the clutch master and/or slave cylinder. It sounds like when you press the pedal fluid is leaking back causing your car to slightly go into gear (ie the shaking). If this is the problem watch out because your pedal will eventually stick to the floor.

1-Check your break fluid level.
2- Change master and slave cylinders
3- Hope 1-2 works...

If it isnt either of those then its more likely your throw out bearing, but replacing both your slave and your master is fairly cheap if your mechanically inclined. Only real headache is adjusting the pedal. Hope this helps.

Also save your money on the turbo...

Sell the tC and buy a FR-S. Just my $.02

maybe check motor mounts too. that can account for some of shaking. not so much on the getting into gear part though.

A machine cannot tell u the master / slave cylinders are going out. You will need an experienced mechanic to diagnose that.

you waste more time typing, then giving you car a look over. always check your oil, and fluids.

Ok so went trough dealers did changed the hydraulics - master and slave . Than car was ok for 1 week and last friday it said i am done lol . Today got the tranny off and surprise surprise what i found

I think for most part it looks pretty good for 100k beside the one part where metal broke off and springs are loose plus u can see even in pic #2 the lityle plastic thing that holds springs in place ) i guess i found my problem and will be buying new part the one with the springs
