Solara/Camry intake will fit a tC..right?

Yeah yeah yeah..it's not recommended and I should grab a Injen/K&N CAI system, but I just don't have the funds right now and I found a decent deal on a Solara/Camry intake (SRI)..the SRI should fit with little to no fabrication right?
