HA! ya I know!! It's been busted for months now and I got the replacement bulbs but im just too damn lazy to change it out!!! LOL Oh ya and it is a loud exhaust!! I know by adding a high flow cat will help with the loudness but I was also told that I might be getting too much back pressure if I add a high flow cat...Is that true?? Or am I just being bull____ted??

You will deff lose a little top end hp with the cat but it will be minimal and the little bit of back pressure will give you back a nice bump of low end TQ and the cat will help get rid of some of the rasp.

if i were you i would look into the AEROEXHAUST "AR20 or AR25" resonators(depending on the mid-pipes diameter). But looking at that mid-pipe you are going to have to cut it to pieces... the resonator it comes with is where the cat will go and to add another resonator you may have to make the mid-pipe into a one piece...

I wouldn't be able to just put the cat behind the resonator it comes with??

I guess so, since there would be no sensor behind the cat.
usually its never recommended to put anything that creates turbulence in the exhaust in front of cats but like i said its prob because usually theres a O2 sensor behind them.

i guess the muffler shop will let you know for sure.

Hey I just installed my SR*S Catback Exhaust and my SILENCER is a pain in the ___ to remove. How did you remove yours? Mine doesn't even look like its gonna be easy to take off.

Try using some flat nosed pliers, grab the lip of the center tube on the silencer and pull straight out or slightly wiggle it side to side, you could also spray some wd40 on the outer edge of the exhaust tip BUT your exhaust might smoke for a while afterwards...

OK I finally got it after hours of nothing. No matter what kind of silencer you have if it is stuck all u need is a METAL COAT HANGER. You brake it to where the hook is no longer there then u take one end and bend it down, stick that end into the open hole of the silencer. Keep sticking it in until it catches then pull your heart out.... CAUTION: You will fall back.

low RPM rumble on the exhaust sounds very very nice, but that high end rasp has to go!
