hate it when people say this things

everybody wants everything for cheap that adds millions of power.
Exactly, gotta pay to play. I want an LSD, then possibly this... hmm decisions
sorry but $850 better get some good results. i'm not trying to be a jerk, just personaly if i spend $850 i would just expect high numbers. this might be worth it to some people but not for me i guess.

Well if you guys are from NY, and there is a willing person that lives near your shop, give them a sponsership or half off the price for one to be your test platform so you can get results of both your turbo system and a NA system. I would suggest it for your own benefit so you can kill two birds with one stone, for those turbo and NA peps...

I will be deffinately watching this one for sure.. Great product and thanks for developing something for our tC's.....

ill be watching this for sure also.. a before an after dyno graph showing both the TQ and HP would best help with the sale... also i think you should DEFENITELY post if any kind of tunning will be needed atleast for the N/A crowd because its going to be a given the FI will need some extra tuning for this.... and the a/f curve on the car also... and also if this intake manifold makes your car run richer or leaner from just bolting it on...

i give you guys props on developing the only intake manifold on the market... its been a long time coming for something like this..

i think this will probably help the car out top end wise and im hoping peak power is able to climb steady throughout the rpm range all the way to redline.. even though i think this would take away from the TQ in the low end which is what make this car fun to drive ill wait for the dyno graphs to show what it does...but im hoping it wont affect the low end TQ..

and to the guy who said honda intake manifolds cost around $850...please STFU you have no clue what the hell your talking about... NO intake manofld costs that much for a honda.. edelbrok, skunk2, AEBS, backyard productions, obx, or blox etc etc ...none cost over 400 bucks..

but props on finally making this product... ive been wanting something like this for a long time.. im anxious to see thr gains and power band curve...i do think 850 is a bit steep but i can understand since its custom and a first run and hand made.. why the price is such..

ill be watching

Remember these are limited production run units. He is making them one by one by hand at a professional shop and not with a high volume amount of units. $850 is very reasonable for something hand made.

Street Stealth do you think some custom changes like longer runners for NA or shorter runners for turbo might be possible?? Or other custom changes??

Actually all of Full Races intake manifolds for all models are $800 and up. Their products still produce some of the best dyno results than the run of the mill manifolds you listed. Back to the topic at hand...still dont think $850 is rediculous. Now if they were actually going to sell hundeds like those guys like Edelbrok, Skunk2 and AEBS then maybe they could bring the price down.

Very noob question. Buts its OK!!Wrong side of the motor. Intake manifold sucks in air....header blows it out. You are looking at the backside of the motor in the pics.

If the edges were straight like a piece of pipe that was just cut, any air that's not directly in front of the velocity stacks would get deflected. Since the edges are rounded, air from any given location relative to the opening of the stacks will be able to ease its way in. Basically, it reduces turbulence.

The "velocity" part of a velocity stack comes from the effect of the rounded edges making a sort of "horn" shape. With the engine demanding a constant volume of air across the runners, by decreasing the diameter of the piping from the larger outer edge of the velocity stack to the smaller inner diameter of the runner, speed of the air has to increase.

So... there's an inverse relationship of diameter to speed if volume stays constant. Volume goes stays constant, diameter goes down, velocity only has one way to go and that's up.

Edit: instaposted!

The price is very good I can see there is alot of work in it, this should definitly put down some good numbers for the either f/i or n/a guys. Very nice
