CAI in my opinion. I wouldn't do exhaust work until you have opened up the incoming side. Not really for performance, just sound.
Not to mention that it is the cheapest one. I picked mine up for $145 shipped.
You don't want the Megan mid-pipe if you are doing a header back exhaust. Have one fabbed up with two nice resonators spaced far apart. It will be cheaper and will actually work.

it matters if you worried about sound or performance.. if performance go with the headers.. because that's where most gains are (i believe) but logically the cai would be best.. my first mod was my headers and trd axelback and i liked it..

The header is nice if and only if you have a nice midpipe with a resonator or resonators that can eliminate the rasp. Since money is tight for you right now just go ahead and order the intake. You will be happy you did.

This was my car one week ago. If you are doing a header the Megan mid-pipe is not worth it. Go custom. I am now running a Greddy 7ish inch resonator and an AR25 with a fabbed mid-pipe and an Evo II axleback. It sounds SO nice!
