heehee...I just did this little mod. I think I will leave it like this till we get our exhaust re-done, this time with ZPI quality.

just installed one of the two turndowns that PrecisionMuffler had.... it's really, really loud..... it's to the point where i would consider it as "ricer" loud..... hmm.... well... it was the cheapest mod i've ever done (felt some gains to it).. hmm... i think i'm gonna leave it like that as well until I get an actual exhaust that isn't too loud.

its very simple to do....u dont NEED a jack but its very helpful. Spray to two bolts connecting the mid pipe and axle back sections with some wd40 let it sit for 10 minutes then go in there with a socket wrench and get em off. now from there unhook the hangers and take off the axle back. Now if u want to leave the axleback on what he was saying is take the bolts out and put the springs in between the seperated peices and there ya go.

Bah, how bout you just remove the whole exhaust thing and let the fumes come out from the engine. Remove your hood for best results.

i think it sounds execellent, not too raspy.very deep sounding growl. But, when it rains, wouldnt it suck up the moisture and possibly blow the head,or suck up enough to do little damage??

wish you'd make a vid from inside the car, windows closed, & a few full throttle runs through the gears!

if you're talking about running it open block.. give me a call when you break your engine. no one really try this please. open header is as far as i would go.. but even that's pushing it.
