Can someone please enlighten me on this? I have been completely lost since the first post..

What does it do? and is it worth the money?

Yeah have fun burning up converter after converter. High stall is never a good idea. IDIOT

it's a high stall torque converter. and considering it's not out yet, it's not worth any money


lamens terms: it helps launch automatic cars more into their power band.

Wow you're intelligent. Why is it I know 3 people personally which have 3800 stall torque converters installed on turbo'd 3L engines making about 300whp who don't have ANY issues?

It causes more heat due to the high stall. In order to make a torque converter high or low stall you must bend the main fins inside the turbine opposite of factory so it converts converter from low to high and your clutch that locks up for O.D. scorch and slip. ITS A GREAT IDEA NOT!!!! There is a reason you dont see cars with 4k high stalls on the street. IT IS A STRIP ONLY IDEA and should not be considered reliable at that high of a speed.
