Ok thks, though I kinda know the answer to this question just to make sure.
If I undergo this swap, the dealership is gonna void my warranty huh....

yes they weill because it wasn't made from factory with a manual transmission. so remember, if something goes wrong you can't take it to the dealer because they won't accept it.
